The hotel's Hallmark brand design elements and modern amenities like the 55-inch LCD HD-TV and free high-speed Internet access made our stay truly comfortable and enjoyable. We were impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff, especially Candise at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. the warm Southern hospitality of Louisville reflected in every interaction we had during our time there. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, with easy access to attractions like Churchill Downs and the Kentucky Derby Museum. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site amenities, such as the 24-hour gym and business center. Overall, our experience at the Holiday Inn Louisville Airport - Fair/Expo was superb, and we look forward to returning in the future. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Louisville for business or leisure.
